Planning for old age and managing the affairs of older clients

Planning for Old Age
Chris Welsford holds the Chartered Insurance Institutes CF8 Long Term Care qualification. This means we are authorised to provide advice and services to enable you to plan for old age before you get there by putting in place lasting powers of attorney, long term care insurance and estate planning, often in conjunction with your solicitor. Where you do not have a solicitor, we will be pleased to introduce you to our professional connections.

Managing the affairs of older and vulnerable clients
We look after the affairs of older clients who are no longer happy to manage their affairs on their own, but wish to remain living independently.

In other cases, we work with attorneys who are operating under an enduring or last power of attorney. We also work with trustees, both professional and family in the management of trust portfolios for minors and vulnerable adults.
